I started stimulation on Thursday and we're counting down the remaining days. The first day of stims, I had my first blood draw, ultrasound, and mock egg retrieval. Now I have a Lupron injection in the morning, and Follistim and Menopur injections in the evening. The two injections in the evening have to be prepared and a lot of medication gets injected. Thus, the two in the evening hurt! Although at this point, I think it hurts Kyle worse to give the injections. Tomorrow I have my second blood draw and ultrasound.

The only side effects I've felt so far is a heavy feeling in my chest when I breathe, severe night sweats, and a full, bloated feeling in my abdomen. I can't complain, but I will be glad when the evening injections are all done. I'm excited to find out what progress I've made tomorrow. When I had the ultrasound on Thursday, I had two follicles on each side. Hopefully tomorrow they'll find lots more growing follies. Crossing my fingers.
